The figure that is enclosed from three sides is known as a triangle. Many properties are present that help show the congruence of triangles, like SAS, SSS, ASA, AAS, and many other terms.
A different set of criteria for the Congruence of the triangle
1. SAS:
- The SAS property makes the triangle congruent by its two sides and one angle.
- It means when in a given triangle, the two sides are equal, and one angle is equal, the triangle becomes congruent by the property of the SAS rule.
2. AAS:
- The AAS property makes the triangle congruent by its two angles and one side.
- It means when in a given triangle, the two angles are equal and one side is equal, the triangle becomes congruent by the property of the AAS rule.
3. SSS:
- The SSS property makes the triangle congruent by its three sides.
- When in a given triangle, all the three sides are equal. The triangle becomes congruent by the property of the SSS rule.
4. ASA:
- The ASA property makes the triangle congruent by its two angles and one side.
- It means when in a given triangle, the two angles are equal and one side is equal, the triangle becomes congruent by the property of the ASA rule.
